RoyalBea is an independent portal about court history and culture. It does not represent reigning families, public institutions or catalogued businesses. Names, arms and motifs identify the subject; they do not imply patronage, accreditation, endorsement or official affiliation. Membership names describe access to this portal, not real titles or privileges.

Beata, illustrations and AI

Beata is an editorial character created using AI. Her illustrated journeys and album scenes are fictional, not records of real meetings or visits. AI also assists the preparation of texts. Each label should state the material’s nature and the review actually completed. AI disclosure does not replace sources or responsibility for publication.

Reading the business catalogue

The catalogue distinguishes appointment, commission, public product use, ambassadorship, historical association and dynastic ownership. These are different relationships. Album entries reflect that publication’s scope and date until a specific newer source is recorded. An entry does not guarantee a current appointment, product quality or a complete supplier list. A clothing photograph alone establishes neither a purchase nor an advertising agreement or appointment.

Library and research scope

Library entries identify publications, their subjects and possible research routes. A catalogue description is not a review based on reading the complete text. Check the edition and page before quoting. Sources have different perspectives: an official biography, advertisement, memoir and scholarly study serve different purposes. Gaps and uncertainty remain visible.

Photographs, quotations and rights

Photographic credit and the publication basis appear with the material. Reusing an image requires an appropriate licence, permission or applicable exception. Copyright in a photograph and protection of the depicted person’s likeness are separate matters. A credit or link does not itself grant permission. Quotations support a justified analysis and identify the creator and source. Downloading does not automatically permit republication.

Advertising and affiliate links

Advertising, barter and links that may earn us a commission are disclosed beside the relevant publication. Payment cannot buy a historical status, a verified court relationship or a favourable research result. An ordinary catalogue, archive or shop link is not automatically an affiliate link; commercial relationships are labelled where they actually exist.

Poland, with a literary wink

The throne is temporarily vacant. The chronicles remain open. RoyalBea’s Polish setting explores the former monarchy with romantic humour, without a political programme or a salaried pretender. References to a king’s return are a literary convention; historical facts, dates and sources remain serious matters.

Corrections, rights and responsibility

A factual correction or rights report should identify the material, disputed passage and basis for the report. The editorial team assesses the evidence and records substantial corrections. These notices do not restrict consumers’ statutory rights or the rights of people concerned by data or publications.

Publisher and contact

The formal publisher and data controller details still need to be supplied. This page describes editorial policies and current functionality; it is not yet complete sales terms or a full controller notice. Paid membership remains disabled.

Data and device storage

Court, language, appearance and local bookmarks are stored in your browser. ChatGPT sign-in supplies the ID, email and display name required for account access; it does not share your conversations. Requests are available to authorised editors with the account reply address. Editors’ notes and plans are private to their authors.

Photos and editorial records are stored by the hosting service. Detaching a photo does not automatically erase its file. The form’s generated copy omits original EXIF, which does not by itself anonymise a photograph. Stripe will handle card details; the portal stores access identifiers and status. The PWA caches the public reader and its assets. You may separately save selected public entries and personal notes on your device and remove them from the shelf.

The portal code does not enable advertising tracking or newsletter delivery. A complete notice requires controller identity, legal bases, recipients, transfers, specific retention periods or criteria and rights handling. GDPR rights, including complaining to the supervisory authority, remain available.

Membership conditions before launch

Proposed monthly plans are Reading room PLN 19, Research PLN 39 and Patronage PLN 79. Before sales open, seller identity, total price, access, renewal, delivery, cancellation, complaints and withdrawal must be fully stated and confirmed on a durable medium. Choosing a court changes neither price nor entitlement.

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Cancelling renewal is distinct from withdrawal and complaints. Opening membership is not a waiver of rights. The form below records a request and provides a downloadable receipt; it does not execute an automatic refund.
